CHRIS FARRAR
Chris Farrar is the founder of Woodside Capital Advisors and is responsible for the investment and development platforms which includes oversight on all acquisitions and dispositions, identifying new development opportunities and maintaining relationships with multiple capital sources.
He has successfully developed multiple industrial projects across the country and also sourced both debt and equity for all commercial real estate classes. Additionally, Mr. Farrar is responsible for the asset management of Woodside’s real estate investments.
Prior to founding Woodside Capital, Mr. Farrar was a Vice President within the Real Estate Investment Banking practice at Jones Lang LaSalle. As Vice President, he focused on debt and equity loan originations, acquisitions, recapitalizations, investment sales, loan workouts including debt restructuring, modification and extensions. Prior to joining Jones Lang LaSalle, Mr. Farrar served as an Assistant Vice President/Sr. Underwriting Analyst for the Commercial Real Estate Group at BBVA Compass, where he facilitated over $900M in commercial real estate debt transactions. Mr. Farrar also spent two years with Camden Property Trust in their Real Estate Investments and Construction Group where he supported the project management team on five multi-family development projects across multiple states.
Mr. Farrar earned a Bachelor of Construction Science and Master of Finance – Real Estate from Texas A&M University.
